Live Stoner Chat Hello all!

Its definitely putting a big grin on my face. This community is excellent.

Sup bro welcome to afn, you'll never leave lol. Welcome aboard, do lots of reading. Dont try to grow like anyone other than trippy. Find what works for you and run with it. For the most part the plants grow themselves! Aside from a little TLC and food its fool proof, good luck bro

How will you be growing? What medium. I saw you got an auto cob. You'll be more than pleased with it.

You can call me trippy. Im not much of a smoker, i quit years ago although i still occasjonally indulge. My girlfriend started having terrible migraines a year and a half ago and, well, the good green stuff is the only thing that helps! Her medicines have horrible side effects and cost a lot! This is my first experience growing. I don't live in a legal state but the risk will be worth it if it helps. Ive always been an advocate for medicinal cannabis. I love how friendly and knowledgeable everyone here is and you guys have been a tremendous help to start mt journey. I hope we can all have a laugh and a toke together! Take is easy my friends. :)
Welcome trippy @trippymike to AFN. To get someone's attention put the atmark @ in front of their AFN name and it will alert them. Like I did for you.

I grow meds for back pain control. I find that if I take the same strain too many times in a row it loses its efficacy. So it is a good idea to have multiple strains to choose from. @Root is a good source if info on medications and leafly.com is a good source of strain info. Since indica candy worked for her I would start there.

@Root i really appreciate the info you've supplied me. she will have to sit down with me and browse so we can find something she'd like to try. The last time i made edibles the butter didnt spread evenly so some pieces were wicked strong. It was a good time though, lol.

It just takes time to get comfortable doing it and profecting your method.

:chef:

:wiz: im sure we'll get there with some help from the friendly people at afn @Root
@Free Flow
I bought some soil from a friend of mine at the urban growing place in my city. Hes serious about his stuff and has always made sure flowers and vegetables of mine did very well. I have a small setup in my spare bedroom's closet with a cob and a fan. Working on trying to source some mylar locally at the moment.
