I was the same myself quite some time ago, tried to grow a couple of photoperiod white widows, one was a male and the other my mate ruined by overfeeding. Not having internet or a site like this to utilize back then didn't help our ignorance. But it couldn't be easier nowadays. Only thing now is the water will cost ya more haha

Welcome and good luck with your first auto flower grow. I hope all is well and stays healthy with your grow so you could have plenty of trim and stories to tell. I'm on my second auto flower grow. I just dropped my bean in distilled water yesterday (auto pink grapefruit from short stuff seed bank) and it has shown me a piece of tap root forming so in a day or two it will be ready to transplant into a pot it will go ready to grow.

Yea i am running into a few problems myself at the moment the 2 first ones i planted did not go well at all first one popped through the soil but just withered and died 2 days into it and the other nothing came of it. I planted one again around Wednesday and it popped the soil but came to friday it would not shed the seed off itself so ligtly pulled the seed casing off with a tweezers and that one no seems to be doing well its leaves have started to show maybe about an inch and a half tall. i just planted 2 more a few minutes ago so we will see in the next few days how they go. To be honest i taught these seeds would have been of better quality never seen any seed i have come across to have a problem to shed the seed casing and as far as i have heard sweet seeds were meant to be of very good quality i got 8 seeds and i am down to 2 left in my case and have one germinating in distilled water for 2 days and its still has not cracked i am hoping the 3 that are planted something comes of them or will be my last run with them seeds and go with either dinafem or big buddha

Thanks Cookiefan00 i am hoping over the next few days i will see better results but as for now i am not impressed with the sweet seeds i have gone through 6 seeds one is growing but had to do abit of work trying to get the seed casing loose its looking good today its leaves have spread apart and its about an inch and a half in height have another 2 just planted and another one in distilled water with 2 days and still has no sign of cracking. the 2 first one were planted last Monday died Wednesday and only left with 2 seeds now in the sweet seeds package so i am really hoping the 2 that are planted today and one germinating goes well or it is definitely the last time i order from there company. Hopefully you will have better luck with your seeds drop by and let me know how they go for you
