Do you have a lupe or a camera to view the trichomes? The white pistols look like they are slowing down, so almost time. Depending on the final effect preference, the trichomes will decide when to chop. My advice, two days before chop day place them into uninterupted darkness and un-watered. The dark period should enhance the final trichome development and therefore optimise the quality from very good to mind blowing. Also try not to dry the harvest too quick. Your balcony shots suggest it is hot where you are, keep drying around 20-24c if possible for a 2 weeks. Generally the longer you store your harvest, the better the effect becomes. Members go to great lengths to "cure" their havest for optimum taste and effect.
Enjoy.
