Welcome to the AFN ARMY..I see you have some skills..and you want to do autos so maybe you are not too stuck in your ways to try something fun and new lol ..as far as you bugs I can tell you that I grow the same way and if you get a few things bugs will be gone..Mosquito bits is one and other is Mosquito dunks..they last like 3 moths ..put in soil or water in ..its all natural works great..good price..lows walmart ect.. but then again bug stress could cause the plant to stress and make more of a gooey mess LOL I hat bugs though.:Cheers me Dears::smokebuds:

X2 what DAB said. The only thing as satisfying as completing a grow is dropping a mushroom cloud on bad bugs!
Pyrethrin's (the stuff you're using), are a personal favourite!

Curious about the thrip battle... could they be coming in through your soil? Maybe a thorough de-contam of you grow site and changing your soil brand may help.

:Sharing One:Welcome to AFN my friend! Great to have new blood. We all have a distain for these pests ! I can not second the mosquito dunks enough! They are a staple of every pot of soil I make up.... I will not grow without them ... Not worth the risk for the easy preventive. Looking forward to seeing some pics! Start up a journal and let us all follow along!
