yeah unofficial but with official sponsors like Sweet seeds, dinafem, Kannabia, Vision seeds or RQS the prize was seeds and grow produts..the contest was ilegal ofcourse!!!but we can consume in Portugal bcause the consume is despenalized here...if they get u smoking or growing to your own consume probably you only gone pay some penalty like a bad parking!!!or go to a psicologyst...something like that...cheers guys i will report late my autos outdoor...after spring

I too am new here, was just about to post my own intro but thought I'd read some here first... and yours was first...

I have lived in Portugal for a short time, way back in the late 1980's, although I was mainly based in Luanda, Angola, working 28 on 28 off, with my off periods mainly spent in Brazil....

now stuck in UK after an accident in '92 left me in a wheelchair, so started growing my own way back then here in UK, but would happily live in Portugal if I could... especially as I have a medical need and feel sure I would be allowed to grow my own there legally....

Here in UK they do recognise the medical aspect of cannabis, I get SATIVEX prescribed, and the local police where I live know that I grow my own and never bother me

Is not cannabis recognised medically in Portugal?

not really the despenalization was because of many ppl in prison for just consuming so they despenalized to don't spend that extra money!!!and get some for eventual penaltys!!!

Obrigado, now I understand, less cost on the law side, and still a reasonable income from fines...

but I do know of some Brits who do grow on commercial scale in Portugal.... I've had some of it during the past year when I wasn't growing my own, and it was better than the crap available around my part of the UK, and cheaper too.

I don't really know, all I know is that I bought some and paid in bitcoin, and it was vacuum packed and posted to UK.
