Hey guys checking in from Tasmania, Australia.

My friend and I will be starting our first grow in a few weeks. Pretty simple setup small tent with a 250 LED. Looking to put a blue domina, thc bomb and "the ultimate". The grow is partially to help a friend with fibromyalgia and athritic issues so ANY info in relation fibro would be amazing.

Anyway sorry this is all a bit clinical I'm not great at the whole introduction thing but pleasure to meet you all .

I started growing for a very similar reason. But this hobby sucks you in. It is so much fun and so rewarding. I hope you enjoy your AFN time, and now I can say I have a friend in Tasmania. Whoo Hoo ! eP.

Welcome to the Family, Soupa! You'll find a very active medical community here, so dive in! Sorry to hear about your friend. You may want to look into high CBD strains (AC/DC comes to mind) for pain relief, as well as rubs for topical and joint relief.

These can also be mixed with higher THC strains as needed.
Some non-canna options exist for arthritis. Magnesium Chloride has done wonders for me. I'm officially a mag junkie!
