15 days old from transplant from soil where they were shocked

FLORA SERIES PERFORMANCE PAC NUTRIENTS
WEEK 3 Schedule at 1/2 strength

5 gallon DWC 4 plant system, same as root spa

Sun system digital ballast 400 watt w/ Super HPS bulb

Help please
