Good luck with your first bro, it is a blast the first time. I just harvested my first one last night. It was a Blue Dream. I used GH G,M,B cal-mg+ and bud candy. Here's a couple photo's to show how your first one can come out with patience and time. Don't mean to jack your thread just giving you some inspiration. I had a little ph trouble at first but once its dialed in you will have it under control. I used a 45 liter/min hydrofarm pump with 2 ecostones in one bucket. It was way over kill for only needing 3-5lpm but you can never have to much imo. I am going to do a auto white widow in DWC next for my first try at a DWC auto.

I found elemental O2 pump. 1268 gph. $65. That way if I like DWC I can run several buckets in future. I'm gonna have to plug it into a speed controller because it doesn't adjust.

I have 2 eco plus 8 outlet air pumps running 6 buckets with 3 air stones in each but I have rockwool should I switch to root roit?

Do you think the amount of air you are pushing there may be breaking the developing roots? The girls came out fantastic but you may be stunting the grow..

Root riot or rockwool will both work. Ive been using root riot cubes and tbh I like rock wool better.

Been poking around your thread a bit.. I'm currently using the root riot cubes.. I got a package of 8 free when I attending a beast cancer event at the local hydro store.. I love them.. now to be fair.. I've never tried the rock wool yet.. I do have about 60 1in cubes.. I never opened the packaged.. decided to use the root riot cubes.. I like then soooo much I went out and bought a 50 pack bag.. lol.. I will most likely take the rock wool back.. just my two cents

I just have better sucess with rockwool. Feel like the riot cubes are too tight some times. Everything I have right now is in riot cubes lol.

Those buckets are.boiling!.. wow... I'm running a elemental pump.. 254 gph.. split into 3 buckets.. 4in stones.. not enough close to that bubble actin.. I'm with you. You can't.get enough moving around.. lol.. great job brotha..

The DWC was fired up last night and a little afghan hybrid placed in it. It is 14-17 days behind the other AK's. So let the battle of the AK's officially start. AKR,AK,AK49,Mi5, and dark devil and amnesia. The AK Cross in DWC is Smokey Bear. If I can get comp online I will post pics.
