Help needed! Total newbie

hey guys, started growing outdoor in the UK. I don't know what's wrong with my grows... Is it nute burn? Nute deficiency? Fungus? Overwatering? Underwatering?
Any help will be appreciated

Nute burn.Stop using nutes for awhile than only 1/4 to 1/2 of recommended dose.

O dam you should not be using nutes yet. I have got burn from watering too fast and the water submerging the plants too.
