Lighting help please

does any1 no if a 250 hps will be enough to get a half decent yield on my first ever crop?
any reply welcome and appreciated thanks :smoke:

hi sorry was in a rush and got bad internet connection i got 3 easy ryder seedlings 2 of them r in 30 liter pot and the other is in a 10 liter pot the nutrient is called power plant it has a npk of 12-12-36
my space is 100cm x 100cm x 180cm

any answers or advice welcome

sure it will do , but penetration from a 250 wont be as good as a 400/600/1000

if possible hang a couple small cfl lights low , not a lot higher then the pot lips so the light will hit the lowers that the 250 wont

not even that big , not actual watts at least

even a couple 26 (actual watts) , they can hang so close to the plants without burning them , and they are only for some added/supplimental lighting

your 250 hung fairly close to the tops will do a lot , just keep it high enough that if you put your hand on top of the plants palm down that the light doesnt feel hot on the back of your hand
