Extraction Help with butter/trim ratio for my butter...

Hiya all.

Today i made some dry ice hash from som Diesel99 and Stone dragon, really happy with the result.

after all my shaking i got some real nice hash, but also 9.6 grams of greener "kief" that i wont smoke or sell.

And i got all the leftover trims after my 2 runs, aprox 650grams of semi wet trims, so all in all i have 650grams of used trims and 9.6grams of greenish kief... is it wort my time to make butter from this or is so low in potent that i shall trhow it away?

IF you guys think butter is the way to go i need help with ratio butter/trims/grief ( green kief,lol)...

So, how much butter shall i use? In grams if possible (im lazy)

At one cup of butter, you would normally use 14 grams for a good intense buzz. So with that, you can adjust to about half for the keif, and double for the shake?

does that make sense? IT really depends on how you want your medicine. Strong or not strong.

what I go by, is if I am making it for myself, I try to get a grams worth of medicine per dose. I cut that by 1/3 for others.

So 14 grams per cup, 7 per half cup, 3.5 per 1/4. and like that.


Say you have an 8x8 baking dish. half cup, will make about 9 portions at .77 grams per dose.

Im gonna need a shitload of butter then, right?

Something like a cup of butter (225grams) for my 9.6grams of kief for STRONG baking gods, am i right?

And 1 cup for aprox 28grams of my shake (when dry)?

I wonder how much my 650grams of semi wet shake will be when dry? Care to guess dude? I really wanna start with my butter now because i have the evening and night all to myself and really nothing to do....

Ok dudes i did it this way....

I dried out my trim and i got 450 grams of dry shaken trims and 8 grams of green "kief"...

One pot of boiling water and another pot inside that.... aprox 400 grams of butter and 1 liter water.

Thats on my stove right now blending togheter...gonna leave on there for 4 hours.

Best way to seperate the water from my butter when im done?
