yeah when your new and dont quite nail it.youve learned a TON to this point.i remember acheving the hay smelling smooth smoke with the sweet dank bbehind it and of course ya crack it open BOOM! but we've ALL done that bit of awesome more than a few times learning ho o cure man.you just develop from here a simple small area like a sperate small porto closet similar to what I have.and wait till it almost cracks the stem ,or close to it and clip into jars and toss twice a day n tumble and burp for a few minutes for the next cpl three days then down to every few days then a week n so on..it'll always smell like hay most times clipping into the jars but in a short time burping you'll smell then hay'ish smell tamp down a slight bit and the mellowness come behind it and then you can start sealing it for longer and longer periods..i hope that helps ya dial it in from here.but yeah its hard too cuz if its not around for long you dont reallt get a chance to see it mellow and sweeten since many strains will do that over a cpl three months.even of the hays there too.it'll just be a smooth smoke that'll stone ya and smell alright in a grinder too LOL!
