Harvest & Curing Help with drying. Temp and humidity

Hi all
Due to odour control and my plants finishing at different times I have to dry in my grow tent while I'm still growing. I have two options .
1.... run dehumidifier rh 50% temp 26c
2..... no dehumidifier rh 65% temp 23c

Which is best..?
Looking at snipping buds off, trim leaves and placing in cardboard box . Let dry on stem for 2 days then trim off in golf ball size and place in brown bags in box in tent while in one of the above conditions. For 6 days total..
How does this sound? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

realize your problem probably already solved itself, but im in the same boat, had to go out and get a dry tent, and i just hooked the extract fan up to my main grow tent, dry tents seem fairly cheap and good for gettin that environment right on point
