Extraction Help with making butter!

Hello,
I have some concentrate that looks like black tar very dense about 3gr., I want to try to make some butter to use for cooking..bake cookies etc..Is anyone have a recipe i could use to try to make some butter? I don't want to make it too strong and i am not sure how to start? I included a pic of the concentrate that i have..
