iBas-- I with my homies here... getting the soil pH is going to be critical this time, to determine if you have a defc. by plain lack of, or a lockout issue due to off pH... that skinny probe is not to be relied upon unfortunately ( Accurate 8 is a good model for this, BTW!)... as Red said,
soils have been notorious for badly acidic pH these days,... many folks show up here with this problem tracing back to the damn soil! Also, tell us your feeding sched' and dosages... could be you might have overdone things, not as likely, but a possibility,... trouble is, K issues- defc. or toxicity, can have overlapping symptoms-
particularly the burnt "teeth" margins, a classic symptom in both situations! That said, the flowers haven't developed very well, hinting at troubles with P as well,... Go ahead and try that probe, with nicely moist pots, and the probe tip gently scrubbed clean (nonscratch sponge or something), and tell us waht it reads,.. otherwsie, there's the run-off test/calculation... not the best in general, done wrong it's useless, so here's a guide that will help get decent readings,...
