Her buds are developing nicely. Can you get a pic or two of the spots you mentioned?
 
Simple method is to take a bit of soil, at least an 1/8in below the surface and add just enough distilled water to make a slurry - check pH.
Thanks ill have to get some distilled water tomorow i used my last bit to calibrate ph tester to make sure I wasn't giving them the wrong water and that was causing it

Yeah knowing your soils pH is just a bedrock issue, if it's in range - you can develop a feeding plan to correct any deficiencies identified. Without it or if it's out of range, you'll just add to the problem. But it doesn't look all that bad, I've seen worse here and that plant gets through okay.
