Hey Every body been a follower of this site for a while and now that I finally started to growi figured I would join. I'm growing 4 fast and vast heavyweight seeds under a 400w.I've done my research and don't think I will need to much help growing but always better safe than sorry and hoping to make some experienced friends.

One question I do have regards trimming an auto. Today is day 19 and I started to see the flowering start. I was wondering if I could trim an auto and create one giant cola. Just have the main stem if you get what I mean. I don't want to cause stress because they look great so far, but I would like to save a little space and experiment by trimming just one.

If youmgots any advice lemme know!!!
thanks for lettin me join afn

General rule of thumb is no,don't cut or do anything to an auto that can stunt it's growing but there's been several users here that have had success doing many techniques like LST, leaf tucking and, fim search for a user named faded187 he has major success with fim producing several colas.

Welcome SF! I would let her go and do her thing. The side branches can in fact yield some great nuggets! Or you can LST her and have several colas! How cool would that be? Need anything, let us know. Cutting on autos is a general no no. Tuck your leaves and keep her on veg nutes(until vertical growth stops) til week 6-7 and then hit her with flower nutes. Give this a read...

Welcome to AFN, SF :) +1 on the advice you've received so far. And, Brother faded187 does indeed top/FIM/dominate some of his autos- a right Sadist God, he is! lolol
Happy to be of help if needed, and big time grow :karma Cloud: headed your way, Bro!

Hey SF,

so pleased you finally signed up for the full package. We will be taking a small fortune by direct debit for you membership. Either that or Krug will be round with his Dobermans to take money with menaces.

However, as you did such a fine intro we can let it slide. Welcome my friend to the only serious candidate for forum site of the year.

Why not do a journal and send lots of pictures. That way we can all share in your success. Enjoy......

eP.
