Hi, I'm new here. I'm not a grower, I'm a medical user. Fibromyalgia and arthritis. I'm 61 and really appreciating how pot has enhanced my life and relieved so much pain. But I'm still looking for more relief!
So far I use Indica-predominant strains in the evening and before bed. I find the Indica helps my muscles relax - duh. Now I'm wondering what to use during the day.
I can't smoke it and even vaping hurts my throat like crazy. I'm a singer, and super reluctant to hurt my throat.
I make my own butter, it's very potent and works great although I do get tired of eating so much butter but oh well.
I recently asked a friend to describe an ideal day of mj use for someone like me. If anybody here wants to take a stab at it, I would be most grateful!
