While researching online you'll find the quoted range to be 5.5 - 6.5Hi guys. I was wondering what should be the ph in coco+perlite when plants still young and small ? And what’s the ph later on in veg and flower ?
thank you
ThanksWhile researching online you'll find the quoted range to be 5.5 - 6.5
However.. I would suggest 5.8 is mostly safe all the way through veg and for flowering you could swing up to 6.2
At 5.8 you'll have availability of NPK and C,
About/above 5.8 you'll lock out C, and get availabilty of MG.
Hope this helps

what have you been feeding them ec or ppm as that looks like bad tip burn or have you spilt anything on them also regarding ph i try to stay below 6.0 in veg and up to 6.2 in flower same sort of the nos blue saidAnd I have another question, I think I overwater my plants and they got stunt plants ? They are 17 days old from when I put them in or 15 days old from when they germinated. They very small for this age aren’t they ? ( some smaller then the other )
What should I do ?
Hey blue, apologies for jumping in on this thread. I’ve kept my ph strictly at 6.2 for the entire grow, could this cause me issues. ?While researching online you'll find the quoted range to be 5.5 - 6.5

no it wont but it dosnt hurt to let the ph swing between 5.8-6.2 like mentioned above start at the lower side and work your way upHey blue, apologies for jumping in on this thread. I’ve kept my ph strictly at 6.2 for the entire grow, could this cause me issues. ?
Didn’t think anyone on here had a higher starting ec than mine. Mine is border line and shouldn’t really use it for plants. My start is 250 ppm. I may cut it 50/50 next grow with bottled water. still very new and learning so not sure if this would actually make a difference. At first week I didn’t have them nutes at all. And my ppm was like 300-350 from the start as my tap water is this ppm with nothing added
Will do that next grow, cheers bud. And another thing I can cross of the list as to why my plant is dying. gut instinct is a lockout.no it wont but it dosnt hurt to let the ph swing between 5.8-6.2 like mentioned above start at the lower side and work your way up
