New Grower Hit a ceiling

I've got a cheese candy auto and a auto skunk mass growing out doors in 3 gallon pots. Soil I'm using miricale grow (newbie). Any ways the plants started to flower but seem to have hit a ceiling they've been growing outside since early may. Any ideas what I can add to increase bud size. I'm I being inpatient or are there nutes I can give this late. Adding photo

To help with flower production you need a fert with higher phosphorous and pottasium content.It also looks like you could use some nitrogen.
