The future is looking bright and for what you get they are a fair price. Were they first produced in Israel because I here they are big there?

All QB fixtures are passive cooled.
Active cooled/passive cooled put same about of heat in grow space.

To take heat out increase exhaust, Dim the LED or.....
Our HLG 550 fits in some of the bigger Duct cooled reflector models

The lights I use are older and need to be cleaned quite often dust and fly's build up in my heatsinks. With this a quick rub down when a bit dirty and you keep right on going. I know you are not suppose to have flies and dust build up by I live in the country and it get dusty and fly's find there way in when it gets cold

do you know how much light/spectrum is lost through that ducted hood?
With glass losses about 7%-10%
as @Fairlynew mentioned, losses increase if you have dust on glass.
LED light goes mostly down and you do not lose much in reflector. HID has light coming at all angles and loses 20% easily in reflector losses.
