New Grower How much hash out of weed in percent Pollinator vs.Ice-O-Later

Hi,

I´m growing CBD Auto Compassion Lime and I want to produce concentrates but I don´t wanna play around with flammable substances so I have make hash.

I prefer a Pollinator because it´s easier but I want to separate as much Resin as I can.
Does anybody know how much Resin or Hash you can get out of 100g buds?
Do you get more with an Ice-O-Later?
How much is left in the shaked buds?

WOW I just discovered the Rosin Tech presses.They are awesome and the two manual presses are affordable.

Anybody here who tested the manual press?
