well theres good news and bad news bad news is you got a while still to wait...me personaly I never chop if theres still white hairs the earliest anyone should harvest is when 80% of hairs turn red or brown( at the earliest) from the pics (I could b wrong but ur lookin at maybe 3 grams dried from each plant..... now good news is them buds aren't even close to done putting on weight feed her a tsp per gallon molasses phd of course and check on her in 2 weeks

Damn. please tell me ill get more than 3 grams of of these. those lower buds are pretty little tho, sure hope they get bigger. Its been 9 weeks almost. Im growing them under a 150 hps, but i have them pretty dam close to the light, and i used dyna grow for a few weeks thats all. Currently im seeing all white hairs, tho some are shriveling and turning a light orange color.

I wouldn't judge the completion of the plant by the pistils; the trichomes would be a far better indicator. If you have access to a jewelers loupe, magnifying glass, microscope, or a good macro setting on a camera, you can look at the trichomes on your buds. They look like stalks with little bulbous heads on them. They generally come in three different phases, clear, cloudy/milky, and amber.

Clear means they still have some time to go. You can still get medicated off bud with clear trichs, but it will affect you much differently than if you had let it go out longer.
Cloudy/Milky means you are nearing your peak THC levels in the trichomes.
Amber trichs usually means you are at or past your peak THC levels and if left too long, the THC will start breaking down into other things.

This is just my opinion, but I think most people generally like to harvest between cloudy/milky and amber, depending on the type of high you are after. Amber trichs generally lend a more narcotic effect (sit your butt on the couch.) If you get a chance, you should try to harvest a bud during each of the phases so you can decide for yourself what kind of smoke you like best from your plant.

Sometimes, but not always, the trichs on autos will not amber. This is where you want to let the leaves tell you when they are done. A senior member on here, Muddy, wrote a really good guide on how to tell when the plant is done. You can find it here.

You can get a cheap magnifier (like up to 100x) for around $15-20, maybe even cheaper. Not a bad item to have in your growing arsenal!

As for the amount you get off the buds, there are a lot of factors that could affect your yield: size of the pot, light schedule, feeding schedule, strain, environment, etc. Do you have a journal on here? If not, on your next grow be sure to start one up so you can ask questions and post more pictures so the community can help you grow at your best!

Hope that helps a bit, best of luck to you friend! :beast: :karma Cloud:

If you follow advice on AFN of the wonderfull people here you will get more than 3 grams - my estimate is at least 20g each off the plants if you wait.

I think you have at least 4 or more weeks to go - dont even think of harvesting, think of what those nice buds need. My guide is that as soon as I see amber/brown hairs I count that as a 4 week marker and bump my bloom nutes up to max (if they have had bloom nutes previously) - 2 weeks to go around the 50% amber/brown.

As the man says, PH your water and add molasses (black treacle from supermarkets) 5ml/l and or ramp up the bloom/boost nutes to full strength. They are looking great really just be patient - they very rarely go from seed to harvest within the breeders claims, just let the plant tell you.

also check this AFN guide https://www.autoflower.org/f44/when-harvest-autos-your-leaves-will-tell-you-4889.html

HowLong have U fed Water ..U could go aweek of water and she shoukd Ripen Up.More ..yeild is always a hard judgement ...Ull Feel.Great smoking it tho

Also what I meant by PH your water is to PH against your run off (i.e. PH of the soil), so if your run off is 5.5 then the PH of your water should be 7.5. At least thats what I do and it works on organic grows.

Sorry if thats abvious - just like to be clear.

Your buds look super young. He probably wanted to say 30 grams and typo3d . I would start flushing in 10-14 days.

Holy shit i love you guys. Thanks so much for the replies. Feel alot better even tho. So you guys seem to think they.are a few weeks off thats fine, its hard to wait but makes it worh it to know they will get more bud on them. I havent given them any bloom nutes at all, just used dyna grow for a few weeks, but i thought they were done so i have been flushing with regular water for a few days now. I will get bloom nutes on my next grow. Thanls for the help!!
