Has anyone measured how much water would need to be in the reservoir to fill one or two autopots?

I want to test the valves anyhow before going live with the reservoir, so I might find out then but was just curious how many liters it would take to charge the system.

The tray probably only fills up about 500ml... If you want to test the system just take your pots out of the trays first and fill the res with plain water to check everything.

That what I want to do but didn't want to put to much water in the reservoir.

In addition, I had a thought if you ever wanted to have a single feeding after a dry cycle of a different nutrient mix how much it would take, but now saying it out loud I realize that it would depend on how much your medium could absorb.

Okay dokie, I answered my own question and tested it out. I put a few liters in the reservoir and let it run. With no buckets in the bases it puts approximately 750 ml in the base before shutting off.

Will be interesting to see how much it takes to fully saturate the coco when first turning it on.

Freaking awesome welp I guess I too better test my pots out
