Extraction How to maximize CBNs?

CBN is the reason I like late harvests. And long cures. Also why I sometimes I like "old gold" bargain bud.

Warning. Crazy stoner thinking to follow:
Imagine growing 3 strains, 1 for CBD, 1 high THC strain of your choice, and 1 relatively high CBN hash-plant to be processed for even higher CBN. You could dial in so many different experiences- a truly customized effect.

I had the weirdest sleep last night. So something is up with my first try at producing CBN. But it was not a restful sleep for me. Probably a dosing thing last night because I did lick the bowl a bit and had a piece of chocolate once it was ready. Which means there is some THC potency in play for sure.

I have another bin of flower that I put under an UVB light for 12 hours. Going to press that next, then decarb it, and then in to chocolate again. I'll be interested to see if it is more sedative than my first batch which had 4 hours of UVB.

I also just bought some Dinafem Industrial CBD Plant beans and will include in the next grow. And I'll for sure be mixing some cocktails with it done the road.

This CBN thing may end up being a long journey to get to the destination. And will hopefully be fun along the way.

No clue whether this is accurate, but he seems to say the UVB is to decarb the CBNA

I haven't done any bubble hash in years but it seems to me it would be the best way to test out CBN theories. You could separate it out three different samples of the exact same trichome size and then run your tests. If you're in the area where you can do lab testing you would even be able to lab test to see results.

I had a friend back in high school that used to make it all the time and I never paid any attention to him. But then I never heard of what he called cannabinol. I guess he was actually making cannabidiol. But that was back in the early seventies and there wasn't anything out there in the literature, besides High Times anyway.
