Been awhile, since I checked in.
I got busted last summer, at one of my outdoor spots. They got me when I was cutting down a male, and leaving the 3 females. They then searched my house, and found all of my equipment. I was lucky, that I had it all torn down, and stored in the shed, so no cultivation charges, for an indoor grow. The sheriffs office, are trying to take my farm, in asset forfeiture, but my lawyer says I have nothing to worry about, since they only caught me with 3 plants, and they were not on my property. She, my lawyer, did a great job, and talked the prosecutor, into dropping the felony charges, and dropped it down to 1st offense possession, under a 1/4 lbs. When they searched my house, they found a jar, of Larry OG, my papers, all of my seeds, and a glass pipe. They confiscated my grow tent, 400 watt HPS, my 2' four tube T5ho, seeds, and my nutrients. My lawyer has filed for a court order, to get the equipment back, since they were not used in cannabis cultivation, that they could prove.
I am now growing with a partner, at their place. We are flowering in a 4'X4'X7' tent, using a 400 watt HPS, and a 600 watt HPS. Our veg room is a small 32"X32" closet, with an 8 tube 2' T5HO. We are using a 6" 435CFM fan, and filter on the flowering tent, and a 4" for the veg closet.
Luckily, i had given my current partner a cut of my Larry OG, so that strain is not lost. We are also growing Jack diesel, from positronic seeds, and Critical Jack, from Dinafem. This is our last indoor run of the season, and then my partner wants to shut down, while he works on his outdoor grow. I will just be lying low this summer.
I am not smoking right now, because my boss is drug testing me monthly, for the next month or so, since his insurance company found out about me getting busted. He says, that it will blow over soon, and things will be back to normal. It sucks, but at least I still have a job.
I have changed my nick, as my previous nick, would give locals too good a chance to tie something back to me. Mainly the second half of my old nick, also was the name of a business I was once in.
