Do you have high ceilings? because at high power you'll need lots of height above your plants with this. Also, high bays are designed for max light output, efficiency is secondary so they drive them hard. One big light is not necessarily the best option for over all light spread. 2-3 smaller single cobs like autocobs will likely out perform one large cob even in an open room. Just something to think about, and bigger is not always better!

I have 10ft ceilings and ok see that's why I don't mind asking questions even it they sound stupid because I would hate to waste money because I was afraid to ask questions and thank you for your answers, I just figured because they resemble the SK 400 light

The flashlight analogy again. If you were in a dark room and held a flashlight at the floor and covered it with one hand the floor would be dark. If you held 2 flashlights and covered one with your hand the ground would still be well lit. This is a big reason why multiple light sources are better. Leaves act like hands in the above example. Next is efficiency. As pop mentioned cranking a cob to max capacity to achieve more light is actually wasting quite a bit. 10 50 watt cobs is a hell of a lot better than 1 500 watt cob. Similar to driving your car. A to Z it’s more fuel efficient to do 10mph than 100 mph.

Here's another advantage of the smaller singles: if your growing multiple plants 4 singles will light the canopy more evenly with less adjustment. With the big single you have the same beam angle as any other cob. You have to raise it fairly high to cover all plants, so the plants out at the edges get less light.

And there are no bad questions, we just want too steer you in the right direction. Go look at some of BigSm0's grows using his autocobs. He has proved what can be done with just 4 cobs! Or even one cob!
