New Grower I love weed - So I had to Start Growing It! Purple Cheese, Diesel, Among others!

Thanks Doobieashtray for the comment - i searched on the web and did find that in reality the bulb does emit the equivalent of 325WATTS each. So you can see in the pics how ive set them up for now - this is very temporary - for about a week. Please do let me know if you think i will have a fire within the week given the box is cardboard. lol

As you can see - I have taken the advice of you guys and added more soil - actually i moved them into larger pots, and added more soil all teh way to the top, and now with proper lighting to each plant, this should be interesting to watch. I'm going to keep them on 24/7 lighting. They've been deprived of light for the past few days, and generally have had a slow start and novice practices in the beginning so lets see what happens now!


I will be probably adding more CFLS as time goes on - more of the 2700 for when flowering period begins as I've read around.

I've added pics from the purple cheese at day 13 and day 15.

if i mess up with the lining of the photos - and its all mixed up together - the day 13 photos are outside - whereas 15 is in the box with the new CFL's.

Here we are at Day 17 !!! I'm excited as hell about this Purple Cheese... It seems to be doing well, and hey if I can get 1 ounce out of this I'm SO happy haha

Will enjoy every single joint of it!

I have them in large pots - i have them generally under the 2 x 325Equivalent WATT CFL lights and in the sun in the day - Tell me what you think of them please

Should I be worried about the Diesel's slow growth? Or am I just tripping! haha

im on my first grow (NL auto) and ive been looking at the purple cheese seeds on attitude and ive been thinking of getting them after ive got the hang of growing so ill be keeping an eye on this thread. good luck on your grow im looking forward to seeing the results :cough:

They all look good man They are all nice and green so its all good.Slower growth could be from the lighting that bulb is like 80-90 watts real .no worries about the size man cuz i find that slow growth up top means fast growth under the dirt . Plus dif strains and phenos grow different ..Its real life even people grow different..just wait till like day 35ish and see what happens and which one is big and witch one is smaller...if you look at my runt i had is now my biggest one and i hope higest yield yet!

Any advice Appreciated for the Diesel - if it's normal, etc - salvageable.

Another Question - Can you let me know if the light is too close to the purple cheese and/or Diesel - the Purple Cheese leaves seem to be on the curling up side, does it look like it's getting a heat stroke? lol

Otherwise - This looks awesome, and I'm loving the process of watching it grow! :drool:
