New Grower I need to transplant, is it really that bad? Auto Mazar & Snow Storm #2

Hello guys,

I finally narrowed down the problem I had with germed seeds not popping out of the ground. My nite temps where way to low, (10C), so I moved them indoor and under a 5100 Lumen CFL.
I now have 2 new ladies 1 auto mazar, and 1 auto snow storm #2 that have showed themselves.
The problem is that I put them together in a small 3 gallon pot, I wasn't holding my breath on them showing up so I was lazy and didn't use separate containers.
The pot is a small one from my wife's flowers and will not be enough for both so I have to take them out, is it really that bad? Will it kill them?

can you just take one out???..just try to get as much of the soil with out letting it fall apart to much ..i would say the roots are 3 times the l and w of the plant so go deep and wide ...here's some for your grow.....

Well the transplant went well, but I lost one to wind. A small branch fell of a tree on top of the little guy...
