Not sure how to make up journal.

Looking for lights and soil.

Just a cabinet grow. I think that is what it is called. My flat has a nice cellar. Think they call it same in USA.

Well depending on whether you're growing autos or photos you can pick an appropriate area in the forums list and start a thread. Typically you'd start by listing all the growing conditions; strain, lights, nutrients, grow medium etc. After that it's just about good documentation and pictures. If there are any specific questions about lights and soil you could check out the "new growers, autoflower academy" in the forums list. Usually people are pretty good about getting you answers relatively quick. Hope that helps!

Welcome Cyril! You need a few things before you get started. A temperature guage and set it up where you plan to grow. You want the heat to be 60*F to 90*F but keep in mind, your lights will throw off some heat too. Look around the site and have a blast. There is a ton of knowledge here, just need to do some research, before you start. A little research will save you money in the process too!
