seen a couple of posts here recently about ILGM - not used them for a few months but the last order i got (white widow) was brilliant. 5/5 germed, yield wasn't amazing (about 2oz a plant) but my growing conditions weren't great either. i will certainly be trying them again soon anyway

You’ll eventually figure out that there are designated companies that get lotsa unwarranted hate within the community….

It’s just bandwagon hate that people like to perpetuate. All great companies in their own regards. Your lived experience is what is important.

That's an interesting intrepretation. Some of these companies really are absolute shit shows. Fast Buds is a notorious white label company that lies out their ass about it. All of their genetic work is based on other peoples work. If it weren't for their marketing show nearly bare breasted women smoking pot, I don't think as many people would have bought in.

ILGM is another white label company that will deny up and down they are a white label company. You'll find the same equal shit show responses about them over the YEARS too, that isn't recent hate.

If people want to grow their genetics that's great, but we shouldn't be polishing their pewter just because they exist.

Don't forget Nukeheads, who publicly swears up and down he's not a white label reseller, when all of his genetics come from Europe, minus a few from a small indie breeder he picked up in the USA (who eventually ditched Nukeheads because Cody Oebel is such a narcissist.)

My point, proven.

We’re growers. Not everyone cares about the inner workings of these companies. I’ve been growing fastbuds for years and they are AT LEAST as good, smoking wise, as any one of the smaller breeders we hail onsite. Are they Mephisto? No. Do they excessively market? Yes. Are they white label? Fuck, maybe. Half the seeds in my collection would fit some definition of that. Do I regularly get high off their gear? Absolutely.

I'll rephrase my post, maybe that was a bit much.

But I disagree with "unwarranted." They reap what they sow, and they didn't get those reputations because they didn't do things to deserve them.
