Ok it's late in the evening on day 21 for this lady... She is a lady..

Here's a pic or two..

I think I've maybe been running her res a touch strong.. 1.5EC.. I dunno tell me your opinions..

I did notice a tiny bit of nute burn on the tip of one of her leaves this weekend.. So I watered her down a bit to 1.4EC (thanks JM) but it seems to have risen & settled @ 1.5EC again.
When I was committing plant murder last night I noticed that the opposite leaves were looking a little strange at the tips...
Now I'm not sure if its nute burn.. Hunger.. Or maybe it's something to do with the Epsom foliar spray I gave her on Sunday evening..
You can see in the pics the residue from the Epsom...

Anyway here some pics I took this morn before work.. 4hrs before lights out..

By the way there is a touch of cal/mg def showing.. But it's not that I'm talking about... I know what cal/mg looks like.. It's in pic 2 & 3 that I'm not sure what that is... At the leaf tips... It looks different to the nute burn on the opposite leaf...







Below Cal/mg def... But I'm pretty sure that's from the under feeding she was getting last week..

The browning of the roots is just from the Micro part of the feed...

i had the same thing with my plants kush so dont panic about it, i had cal def so i increased her feed and the other tip problem is either chlorine in your water or undefed as they start to pull off their own reserves to sustain growth so again i upped the feed

im due an update soon so you can see in my pics the same problems, its all to do with how quickly you catch it and react, both my blueberries will be going on 1.8ec and the ph will be 5.8 - 5.9 as they have both shown sex and their feeding requirements will change

cause im only using base nutrients and no additives the ec's will be higher, once you start to add additives your actually changing your n-p-k ratios so you dont need to feed as high ec values if that makes sense

the blueberries could well be agressive feeders im only using a normal feeding regime and they seem to want more i should probably switch to agressive feeding and see if i cant control their appetite

your plant still looks pale and could maybe go stronger still but thats just my observations pal and its up to what you do

Day 22..

The lone Blueberry had her res changed tonight.. 1.7EC.. 5.8pH...

32ml Micro.. just over half strength..

32ml bloom as above..

47ml grow.. Shit that's nearly full strength.. :head:

30ml VooDoo Juice full strength..

She has shown me that she wants a good feed.. So hopefully that will keep her going this week...

I'm starting to know the signs of hunger from the leaves... Just the paler green between the veins.. I never had the chance with my Think Different's.. Her leaves were awful..

But I'm learning from this blueberry..

I think I'm at last realising that keeping it simple is gonna yield me better results...

Although I still can't get over how strong a feed these blueberry want!!

She has now got 3 panels on her at full tilt.. & seems to like it.

I wonder what the cheese auto will like??.. It will be started at EC.9 minimum..

Speaking of cheese.. :drool:

The bean sank after a quick tap so it was put into a damp paper towel & into the usual airtight box & is in the tent beside the radiator.. Nice 'n' warm..

Hopefully it will pop for me in a day or two..
