In need of help ( first timer )

I dont know what in the world is going on with this plant. Can someone help or explain to me. Germinated first week of Feb. This is an Malana Bomb Auto (Barney Seed) and Im using Fox Farm Soil, Advanced Nut's Micro, Grow, Bloom and Cal Mag and she is in a 10 Gal Fabric.

Problem: Purple stems, super small and short plant

Medium/grow method: Fox Farms Ocean

Feed: and supplements used: Adv Nut's Micro, Grow, Bloom, CalMag 1/2 of recommend strength on package. once every 7-9 days.

water source: Well Water solid 7.0 PH, tested with 2 water sticks for PH and TDI Meter

Strain/age: Malana Bomb Auto ( Barney Seed ) Germ 1/30/29 planted 2/2/19

light used: CFLx 200 Watt Full Spectrum 2 bulbs 1600 lumen ea. (20 on 4 off) 32 inches from plant

Climate: Temp 71-74, RH 60

Additional info: Watering every 2-3 days, feed once every 7-9 days Feed is at 6.7-6.8 PH, run off is around 6.5 at lowest and 6.9 highest. Ton of small blooms near base of plant, lots of new growth happening, plant is only about 3 inches tall though Read the post on here on same plant and mine is at week 6 and not sure why it wont grow up. Check out that grow and it doesnt look much bigger than yours? I would bring lights down around 20" to start and dont water for a couple weeks let roots breath in that big pot.

I don't think the plant looks that bad, sometimes a plant is a runt for whatever reason, I can tell you, even the runts can be rather potent!

Well it has by my best count there are a lot of little nodes near the base of the plant which the whole plant is only about 4-5 inches tall now, so it seems really weird that it only grows a few cm between nodes, and secondaries.

Check out that grow and it doesnt look much bigger than yours? I would bring lights down around 20" to start and dont water for a couple weeks let roots breath in that big pot.
