Ok so here is my new setup for growing autos... I havent grown for many years and the last time I had a go with autos they turned out a little disapointing. However that was in 2009 and I hear autos have come a long way since.. I plan on growing blue mammoth from barneys farm and heres my current plan/setup
. 20160902_180755.jpg 20160901_215338.jpg 20160901_215348.jpg....... will be using 200w veg cfl followed by 300w flowering cfl and using mild training to get the plant growing at a bit of angle to allow max light penertration... I know people say cfls dont prduce the goods but Ive had good experiance with them if you keep adjusting the height and training the plant.... the box is a good metere sqared with a tad bit morer height. The plants will be grown in coco and fed on dutchpro nutes. The temp of the grow box ranges from 25 to 30 degrees celcius and as the door is a roll up down mylar it wont take much venting.... Im planining on fitting a very small fan inside just to keep the air moving and give the plants a bit of wind... also will be using bigger pots as have read the dont like repotting which is something my photos never minded too much...
Anyway Im a lucky father to 5 little girls that have just germed. So.... anyone have any tips, pointers ect.. for blue mammoth or on the setup im using in generall?

All advice would be apprechiated as Ive only grown photos and had a different setup in yhe past.. thanks...... also when I say train thr plants i mean bend like mild supercropping as I read abd understand these little rappid plants dont like being topped or fimed.. will probs set up a sting system for tying.

Are you going to pick the best out of the 5 you germinate? If not, 5 will be too much for that space. 1 maybe 2 plants top. Odor not going to be an issue?

Not really put too much thought into numbers just got 5 seeds and all came up. Probably going to keep a couple in small pots and dwarf them and maybe use them as testers or something.... but will try keep as many going as possible then cut back /train or get rid as needed. Like I said 2009 was my last auto and it didnt get that big but I think most autos didnt back then.... Its my first grow for a while and will be first real try of autos in a new setup so just going to see how it goes.... Im guessing autos have got bigger then these days?

No dram with the smell , next door are indian so they probably wouldnt notice it too much with their cooking and their quite cool. And no one who visits the house will be a problem so no need for carbon filters ect... at worse I'll just get some of that smell gell stuff it it gets a bit intence arround harvest.....
Thanks for the vote of confidence archie!

Yea, autos are pretty damn big now. On average you are looking at 2-3 feet tall and 3 feet wide.

Ha ha thats a lot bigger than my last one! Yeah Ill probs dwarf a couple then either make that tricky decsision about who to lose.... could always extend a bit and chuck the other bulb in there. It only took a couple hours to knock up and still have some mylar left over.... ill see how it goes.. .. I found having pot bound dwarf plants good for space and to test out nutes or other ideas before trying it on the bigger(crop plants)
