Inverse canoe?

Hey guys, just wanted to get some input about this one leaf that's showing inverse canoeing... Have not come across this before and don't see anything else affected.

I'm growing in ffof. pH when watered about 6.2

I don't see any bugs, but sprayed some organocide 24 hrs ago as part of my preventative measures since I had bugs preciously.

I wouldn/t worry to much about it but you should start feeding bloom nutes and make sure your using cal/mag also.

Thank you. I will switch to bloom on the next watering. Usually do calmag as well.
