Indoor is it possible to grow in a closet and be completely discreet about it?

That's what I want some stanky stank!!! I could just vegetate inside for now and then flower outside but my compost isn't done (if it ever finishes..) So id have to plant in seed soil but I don't really wanna keep then their need my compost to speed up..

vegetative growth is pretty smell free anyway up to a point and doesnt require all that much light. if your outdoor temps are low or its very wet you might have issues look in the outdoor section.

Just disappear from the social life for a couple months and youll be good. Nobody comes in or out of your house.

id get a tent, tell nobody, use cfl's to keep wattage down along w carb filter n inline fan + not call landlord or maitenance or plumbers or anythose ratchets , and not let anybody in yur room/closet

yeh i try to have no visitors for 3 months or so keep it minimal. just much safer that way.
LEDs would be better than cfl for wattage reasons i would say unless hes keeping way down in wattage and getting a tiny tent then cfl. cfl is very inefficient so you use 600 watts but get less light than you would from a hps at the same wattage and with poorer penetration. the inefficiency means some of that energy is being changed to heat rather than light so hotter too.
