New Grower Is this led powerful enough to get seedlings started

It's just a low watt strip led made for plants I have going over my just Germed seedlings so I don't have to fire the hps up yet do you guys think this led is enough for a plant to get its first set of leaves? I have it like 8in over them now brooklyn sunrise and barneys farm blue cheese here I come.!

Will be fine. I assume you haven't sprouted yet...I wouldn't wait too long, after breaking soik, to fire up the big dog. Good luck!
