Grow Room Is this light setup overkill ?

Okay is that 57.5 watts/sq.ft optimal this is my first grow with led’s so would that give me quality buds with that intensity ?

What is 'optimal' or best in terms of lighting is very subjective and variable among growers. I was just noting that what you have does not seem excessive. I'd be more concerned with getting rid of heat than having too much light.

Yea i finally got it down today finally and the humidity up to about 55 percent for my seedlings i planted 2 mephisto forum stomper and 1 mephisto white chem so we will see how it goes
