New Grower Is this normal should I do something

Red Stems and yellowing of leaves then dying off is N def, could be caused by pH, or simply not enough feed. I had same problems exactly. ESalts and molasses can help.

I would find out the pH of your medium.

Dazed.

Some of my stone dragons are doing the same thing. I'm in coco with hydro. Ph was out of wack. So I sarted there.

Im just shocked at how big you plants are and alredy flowering in 4 weeks ._.
Seems my plants are growing slow compared to you!

Anyway, i dont know whats wrong with your plants, listen to the pro`s around here

So how do I go about adjusting the pH all I have are these little pH dip strips and a bottle of pH up and pH down :/

If you are wanting to grow organically don't use pHup/Down, I use lemon juice to pH down (never needed to pH up). It sounds like you are kind of where I was at a few months ago. Basically, you need to get a pH meter, decent one and check the pH of your solution going in. Then check your run off and work out what your medium is (although this isn't the most accurate of tests).

If you are growing organically, beware, there are many things you need to be aware of and pH IS one of them, whatever you might read, if your pH is off, plants are not happy. Dolemite lime will stabilize your pH to around 6.8-7.0, but takes a week or so to start working. 1gram of lime per litre of soil is what I use and it helps a lot.

I will probably gross you out here but urine is a super rich N fert and brought my plants back from yellowing to nice dark green, I used a 1:10 ratio with water and moved up to 3:10.

I would head over to the organic section and have a read. The type of water you are using is important, organics is all about feeding the soil not the plants. ALL this depends on how exactly you want to grow and what is important to you. I'm learning as I go because organic meds are important to me, and it seems I like a challenge lol.

Don't panic and do too much until you know what you are dealing with, find out your pH (my guess is it's too low), then ammend your feed or add some lime to your soil.

Hope it works out for you bro, I feel for ya, all will be good.

Those ph strips are terrible in my opinion. You can go on amazon or any hydro store to buy a ph pen. They don't cost to much. I was using the strips and ran into a bunch of problems. I got the pen and it showed how bad the strips are actual off. Good luck

that's definitely a n deficiency. lockout due to ph off im sure too, but when ur leaves turn yellow and start getting crispy from bottom up its nitrogen

I think the plant is just pissed off because you're emotionally distant

But hey, I just ate some mushrooms :)
