New Grower is this normal??

That will be good for flowering. I wouldn't turn that on two plants till they start to flower up.
Ok ill move the light up. I havent fed any nutes at all. The soil mix said it feeds for up to 4 months.

I dont need the ballast for CFL's right? How many would i need for the two plants?
And Christ's sake can you recommend a specific nute? Try googling that lol hours of reading amd every damn thread goes like this:

It's easy to put to much into this hobby of ours. I'd do 4 CFL'S till you notice flowering. I use 3 6000k and 1 27 to 300k till they start to flower. A little stretch isn't so bad. You can put CFL's closer and you don't need a ballast with CFL'S.. I've used General Hydroponics organic to go box and that was fine if, your growing organic?
