I grew a Crystal Meth a few years ago that looked very similar. Like mini buds almost. The high was just fine and dandy.

..something went way wrong a while ago,.. at this point no telling if it was genetic, or nutritional/environmental,.... take her down in any case,... buds like that tend to show male flowers/nanners....
