Nah, it's not an individual injury. Every time you go home from work with a little ache or pain that's a small strain that will leave a tiny bit of scar tissue, 35 years of that builds up to a lot of scar tissue, that's what I have. I used to be unscrew-the-jar-man, I've got forearms like popeye and used to have a really strong grip. I'd use the heel of my hand as a hammer on spanners. It's stupid shit I could've avoided really.

Shit that's me fooked from my time on the spanners did knee cap myself the odd time with a four pound lumpy [emoji23] [emoji23] I used to do that myself with the heal of my hand now I just sit on a forklift and move shit about with the odd bit of manual labour thrown in
