It's obscene to discuss such things.........but! A few doors down went for £430,000. They're council houses thrown up after the war for fucks sake! Post code. I've always had mixed feelings about London, that sums it up.
A few miles from me, in kent, a much nicer area, similar gaff, £230,000. It's fucked up, I'm not complaining, I'm a bad hippy!

I work in some central London cash dumps. Massive, unoccupied flats,mostly with wc or ec post codes, 40 or 50 years old, hardly ever lived in. The owners are always the richest people from the latest cash strapped country (currently there's a lot of Greek owners) and a handful of old money knobs that live there and justify me fixing a museum piece of a boiler, not forgetting the Russians! They're amazing! The blokes are all massive,fat gangsters. The woman are all tiny, stunning whores! No manners, no sense of......well, just no Fucking sense! Seriously weird cunts.
But, the point is, London house prices has nothing to do with housing. I'm arsehole lucky.
