I remember talking to a man in a grow shop years ago about ionisers. He had one and said it worked really well but he couldn't put it in his tent.

I put it in the tent about 8pm on Saturday on the low setting. Left it running all night. 4 hours of lights on, 4 hours of lights off, another 4 hours of lights on. Then I checked on the girls yesterday morning at 8, and a lot of the leaves were twisted into spirals and going crispy. I pulled the ioniser out but the damage is severe on most of the plants, including my two new seedlings which haven't even really got their first proper set of leaves yet.

I didn't know it could damage your plants until pop22 came along into my thread and said so. I'll go get some current pics and update my thread. It's a car crash in there.

Still can't get my head round the ioniser thing. I know you don't put them in the tent coz of smell and taste, but burn the plants? So no vegation grows in areas where there's lots of thunder storms?

Anyway, I'm gonna be pretty absent due to some eastern Europeans knocking my house apart.

Ffs. Replied to this once! Fecking tapatoss. I'll run some tests, I got spare diodes. The 3 watters are more reliable it seems.
