When you are in court tomorrow, remember one thing. Discretion is the better part of valor. In other words, if they piss you off or if you feel like blurting something out. Don't. Fly below the radar and just let the lawyer do things for you. The trial was this Wednesday and it went the way I was expecting.

My "crime" is 2 months in prison on the scale...if you guys understand what I mean...

But because I am or was a first time offender and that it was obvious that I only grew herbs for myself I do not have to go to jail...

I will be on probation and will have to piss in a cup for a year and that is just what I did expect from all this.

It is what is and I will take my sentence and follow it through like a good boy...lol

But I think its time you (Mossy) give me my real "probation badge" right about now...lolol

That is a cake walk Justin. Just don't get caught up in the trap of petty violations that add to the time. Never trust your PO to be your friend.
They all have ways of tripping you up.
Keep all appointments on time. Pay any fees ontime. Show clean.

Did you actually go to trial or did they offer a deal first?

Edit: One more thing and I'll leave it alone. Watch how you talk to the PO. What you say in jest or to show a good mood, won't necessarily get into the report in the spirit in which you mean it. And there are always reports.

I went to a trial but it was a trial without any drama at all.
I did behave like a good boy and that is just what I intend to do during this year as well. I have nothing to gain by being a troublemaker now and I understood that from the minute the cops showed up at my door back in September.

What I think and know about Canna is really totally unimportant right now and I will keep that to myself.

I see this as just another test in life and a test I intend to ACE!
