Ive been feeding nothing but ph'd water tested the runoff at 6.4.
I fed her cal/mag when I at the first signg of def. It slowed down a bit but now its started again. I decided to flush her with ph'd water today....Is it possible she want more cal/mag? meaning up the dose? Aslo, should give cal/mag right after flushing?

It was 6.8 and I water whenever its dry

If it's 6.8 going in, and 6.4 coming out, you are looking at around 6.0 for the medium. That is a little low, and considering run off is not the most accurate way to read pH, you could be just on the edge of lock out buddy.
Reason I ask about watering is wet soil is naturally acidic, when it dries it swings back up, which is what you want. I overwatered my airpots a little earlier this week and saw what I thought was start of mg def, after a day of drying out she has greened right back up again.
Sorry if I'm saying things you already know.
I would say add some cal/mg supplement after flush yes, as I know it's recommended to have 1/4 strength nutes after you do but I don't know how much because I never flush. Those leaves actually don't look bad at all and the calcium damage will not go away on effected leaves. The new growth looks good man.

Thanks alot!....I'll hit with a lil cal/mag and see how she reacts after a gd flush...The thought about the ph of the runoff not being accurate did arise. Im going to purchase a ph tester for soil so I'll know for sure.

In my early days I really liked tht KISS methods, so much that i resisted even a ph reader. Best single involved stent to growing ever, over lights even I'd say really

For soil probes it's the accurate 8 or nothing. Accept no substitute.
