Mephisto Genetics It's time for the Sour Blues

Yeah she's definatley deficient in something but she's still moving along. I love short plants she probably got stunted when she was younger but I know this is a short strain anyway and stealthy so far since I havnt got a smell of her yet. I'll be following along are you going to make a journal for them?

I have seen deficiencies like yours in a few grows of mine. The latest was my DBC#1 that did the same. Got it back on track with a shot of calmag and adding Biobizz AlgaMic. I don't know what actually solved it, but it got solved. I don't think I'll do a log. I don't feel that it would show the potential of the seeds. Small pots, reused soil. I'm begging for trouble, but I couldn't help myself to fill the leftover space with some Mephisto. Thought the Sour Blues would be perfect as it seems they don't get very big.

Yeah it's a nice strain for sure. I've had these deficiencies on quite a few plants recently no matter what I do they don't get fixed I just gave up on fixing them lol the good news is these strains get fat regardless so I'm still happy with the end result lol well best of luck to you you're gonna love these little bushes

@Rhyce Saroni grew one without a pot in a compost pile and made it to harvest lol so she seems to be a very hardy girl, after the skills you showed on your last grow i am sure you will take her to the end with little problems.

Seeing what MrK was saying about his similar def being solved with AlgaMic and what i have seem myself when it comes to using it, that is it seems to give a real deep healthy green color to the leaves compared to plants i have grown without it. I checked out the GO schedule and the Bio Weed looks to be a similar product and it looks to cut it out just before your problems start, so am wondering if carrying it on through flowering longer will keep the plants greener and more healthy looking, i know Algamic also contains Sulphur that i think was mentioned the def could be, so maybe worth a shot at some point.

I'm checking them every hour or something like that, just waiting for them to show. No soaking, no nothing, straight in the pots. I guess I will see them tomorrow at some time and I will nurse them the best I can. Wish I had the space to grow more at a time, but hey, easy now. I already got several jars with the Deep Blue C. Lovely smoke. Can't wait for the Sour Blues, but I guess I'll have to

I hope so. Can't take all the credit. 60% is genetics. 30% is what I have learned through this forum, reading hundreds of journals, hundreds of posts about anything and trial end error. There really is some good info here and the last 10% I will take credit for :smoking:

Biobizz recommends using the AlgaMic when they start to flower and throughout the blooming period. I agree on the green leaves part. They go almost unnatural green. Especially if you do a foliar feed. I had "trouble" getting the leaves to die at the end of the grow. Harvested the dbc#1 at day 70/71 and not a single leaf fell off like they used to. It sure gives some strength to the plant.

You know you're probably right because as soon as I cut that out my problems start. Idk why I never thought of that lol I'm going to give that a try on the next feed and see what happens. It can't hurt to give it a try and it's definatley not cal mag because I use that with every feed.

I hate when I plant new seeds because I'm the same way lol I don't know how many times I have dug them up to check on them haha matter of fact I just did that to a deep blue c seedling and later on ripped her up trying to pry her "helmet" off that is a lesson I never learn because I keep doing it anyway!

The leaves on this when she was younger was an amazing luscious deep green it's a shame that they didn't stay that way long. I might have to try that if my bioweed doesn't workout.
