Grow Mediums Jock Horror Auto's

Hi,
I am at day 42 and all I still see are preflowers. I switched to 2/3 rd's bloom and 1/3 veg nutes last night. I have 2 Jock Autos going and 2 Bubble's and 1 of my bubbles has small buds all over it. I am on a 20/4 -400W HPS DWC Tote method. I have a grow journal started but I thought this is more of a specific question towards Jock Horror Auto's.
