Welcome to AFN. Just so there's no confusion, these are autos, correct? At around week 9 it's not unusual to see the big fan leaves start to die off. It's possible you've got a pH issue or a deficiency but it's a bit too late in the grow to really do much about it. If you post a picture of the whole plant we'll be able to see the overall state of the plant. Also, take a look at these two threads. I think they will help you to understand what is going on with your plant.

Thanks for the welcome and advice, both girls are autos apart from the leaf prob? They are looking healthy.only top fan leaves going dry and yellowing on little D, here's a picture of her, it's possible that she could be finishing up, but as it's my first time im not sure.

She looks nice. Do you check the pH of your feeds as well as the run off? If they are both in the acceptable range, about 6.2 - 6.6, you're fine. Judging from your last picture they look to have about 3 weeks left, so the yellowing of the fan leaves would be expected at this point.

Unfortunately when I checked the main cola I found what I'm sure was bud rot or some kind of fungi, bud was black looking , like dry rot , very soft , but wet and just mushed up in my fingers, probably lack of airflow, as she was behind the taller white widow , idont think the cola got much breeze, had to remove all infected bud, even the stem was affected, just wondering now I've cut her and done so much damage should I carry on blooming smaller buds or flush her to see if I get any decent smoke by forcing her to finish. As you say theres about 3 weeks left, also could it affect my other plant

I would suggest checking your other plants as well. As long as there is no mold on the lower buds and they are getting good circulation I don't see any reason to chop them early.

Other lady infected as well, did major surgery on both plants, hope to of gotten all the rot, lower buds seem ok , will keep going unless more appears, thanks for replying nice to get some positive feed back with a rescue plan .hope I can pull it off. Otherwise Christmas smoke down the pan .let you know outcome !

Sorry to hear that. You can still make use of it. Do what is called a water cure on those buds. Soak them in water for a week, changing the water daily. After the week is up, strain it and put it into a crock pot, cover it with cooking oil, vegetable, canola, coconut, doesn't matter, and cook it on low for 10-12 hours. Let it cool and then strain it through as fine of material as your can get. Silk screen and bubble bags work well. You'll end up with canna oil you can use to make edibles. Make yourself some Christmas cookies!
