Lighting Lighthouse ION 8 LED - UVB Resin Booster?!?

The lighthouse ION 8 426w LED caught my eye. But what really sparked my interest about the unit was the UVB Resin Boosting bulb. Is there any truth to their claims on this unit?

They're sold by Gotham Hydroponics on eBay and Amazon. I'm sure they have their own site as well. The eBay description was very informative. Anyone have any experiences or knowledge of these units?

Not sure it's the more powerful unit on the market I would defo put my Rebels up against it and there ran at less than half power.
The UVB will increase strength but so will stressing the plant in other ways. I grow under LED with no UVB in the spectrum and my weed is as strong as friends who grow under a HPS which has an abundance of UVB.
